Ryan Braun's Graffito to be open before the Brewers home opener!
Located at 102 N. Water Street in the historic Third Ward, Ryan Braun’s Graffito offers guests the freshest and most innovative Italian cuisine the city has to offer. Named after Major League Baseball All-Star, Ryan Braun, the restaurant offers a front row seat to the serenity of the Milwaukee River surrounded by the backdrop of city lights.
SURG Restaurant Group (SURG), new owners of the restaurant that carries Milwaukee Brewer’s All-Star Ryan Braun’s name, have announced a name change to the eatery. The establishment will now be called Ryan Braun’s Graffito (RBG) and will be open in plenty of time for the Brewers Opening Day.
Executive Chef Dominic Zumpano's menu will showcase a wide range of Italian cuisine and feature the best available artisan products, as well as locally raised cattle and grown produce. Our kitchen will produce homemade breads, pastas, sauces and seasonings and SURG pastry chef Kurt Fogel will create a dessert menu exclusive to RBG. | |
