Description:

Alem Ethiopian restaurant provides the atmosphere and traditions of its namesake country. Ethiopian cuisine: vegetarian and meat-based stews served on injera (a thin pancake made from teff flour). Great for groups, as the meals are served "family" style on one large plate.
